Homemade Taco Bell Cheese
Copycat Taco Bell cheese sauce is a simple three ingredient recipe. Tastes like the restaurants and great for nachos, tacos, potatoes and more.

- 1 15 oz jar Cheez Whiz cheese dip or another jarred cheese dip
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno brine (juice from the jar)
Place Cheese Whiz dip, milk, and brine in a bowl. Whisk together until fully combined.
Serve immediately or if you prefer to serve warm, heat in the microwave for 20 seconds.
If you can't find Cheez Whiz brand, any cheese dip will work.
This sauce can be served room temperature or warm. If you like it hot, place it in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 20 second increments to your liking.
Want your sauce extra spicy? Try adding a drop or two of your favorite hot sauce like Tabasco.
