- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce optional
Chicken And Biscuits
- 4 frozen chicken tenders
- 4 frozen biscuits
Bake the chicken tenders and the biscuits according to the packaging.
To make the honey sauce, place butter in a microwave safe bowl with the honey.
Microwave in 30 second intervals until the butter is melted. Stir in the hot sauce.
Cut each biscuit in half. Place cooked chicken tender on top one half of the biscuit. Drizzle the chicken and biscuit with the honey mixture.
Top the chicken with the top of the biscuit and serve.
- Honey: If you prefer more of a spread, you can slightly soften the butter and whip in the honey. Spread the whipped butter on each biscuit for serving.
- Serve: These honey biscuits can be a little messy. Try serving with a toothpick to hold them together and don't forget a napkin!
- Store: If you have leftovers, store the biscuits and chicken separately from the honey sauce. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Reheat the chicken and biscuits in the oven. Reheat the butter in the microwave.
