- 16 ounces mini pretzels
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Pour bag of pretzels into a large bowl.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl. (about 30 seconds) Stir in mustard, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and ground mustard until fully combined.
Pour honey mustard sauce over pretzels and stir to combine and coat the pretzels. Spread the coated pretzels out on lined, rimmed baking sheet. Try to spread them out in an even layer if possible.
Bake the pretzels for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and then let cool before serving.
