Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 4-ounce can of diced green chile peppers
  • 1 4-ounce can of diced jalapeños
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 green onions, diced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Stir in the 3/4 of the crumbled bacon, diced green onion, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, green chile, and jalapenos. Mix until fully combined.
  • Spread the dip mixture into the prepared dish. Top with remaining shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
