- 1 8-ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 4-ounce can of diced green chile peppers
- 1 4-ounce can of diced jalapeños
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 green onions, diced
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Stir in the 3/4 of the crumbled bacon, diced green onion, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, green chile, and jalapenos. Mix until fully combined.
Spread the dip mixture into the prepared dish. Top with remaining shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
