Ingredients

pieces of sliced turkey breast

hard boiled egg, cut in half

Instructions
Add 2-3 pieces of turkey, 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup cucumbers and 1/2 cup cheese to each meal prep container.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
Notes
If you need to add extra healthy fat try half of an avocado or a fat bomb.
