- 2 cups leftover shredded pot roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup butter
Warm beef broth and shredded pot roast in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until beef warms through.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spread butter on the insides of hoagie rolls. Toast for 2-3 minutes in the oven.
Top each hoagie roll with shredded beef, cheese, and pepperoncinis.
