- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon creamy horseradish
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 ounces leftover steak, sliced warmed
- lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices provolone cheese
Heat oven broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Toast under the broiler for 1-2 minutes.
Mix together creamy horseradish and Dijon mustard. Spread on each slice of bread.
Layer cheese, steak, lettuce, and tomato on one slice of bread. Top with the other slice and serve.
