- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 2 21 ounce cans lemon pie filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour the lemon pie filling in the baking dish and spread into an even layer.
Place the sliced cream cheese on top of the lemon filling.
Sprinkle the lemon cake mix over lemon filling and cream cheese. Using a spoon or spatula, smooth the cake mix over into an even layer.
Pour the melted butter over all of the cake mix. Try to cover all of the cake mix with the butter.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the top of the cake turns golden brown.
