This simple lemon pepper sauce is great on chicken wings, pasta, and more. Made with just a few ingredients, this tangy, peppery sauce is always a hit.

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Place butter into a small saucepan over medium heat.
Once the butter has melted, whisk in lemon juice, zest, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
Remove the pan from heat and serve.
- You can adjust each of the ingredients to your taste. If you prefer a more garlic flavor, add a little extra garlic powder or substitute with 1 teaspoon of fresh minced garlic.
- Like a spicier sauce? Add a little extra ground black pepper or a splash of hot sauce.
