- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons bottled sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 heads iceberg lettuce cored and cut into 4 wedges per head
