- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 package au jus gravy mix
- 1 package dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 8 cup peperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup juice from peperoncinis
Place chicken in slow cooker. Top with au jus mix, ranch seasoning mix, butter, peperoncinis and juice.
Cover and set slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Once cooked, shred with fork to serve.
