  • 1 slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 package au jus gravy mix
  • 1 package dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 cup peperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup juice from peperoncinis

Instructions

  • Place chicken in slow cooker. Top with au jus mix, ranch seasoning mix, butter, peperoncinis and juice. 
  • Cover and set slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred with fork to serve.
