One Pound Meatloaf Recipe
Learn how to cook one pound meatloaf that is topped with a delicious meatloaf sauce. This meatloaf is perfect for 2-4 people.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Meatloaf Sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place ground beef, milk, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gently mix until combined.
- Form into a meatloaf form and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
- While the meatloaf is baking, stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and ground mustard. After 30 minutes of baking, spread the meatloaf sauce on top of the meatloaf. Return to the oven and continue baking the meatloaf for 15-20 minutes or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Let the meatloaf rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
