Servings: 8
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 7 ounce marshmallow creme or fluff
- 1 8 ounce thawed, whipped topping
- 1 20 ounce crushed pineapple, drained
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
Next, mix in the marshmallow creme.
Using a spatula, gently fold in the Cool Whip and then the crushed pineapple.
Cover and place in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
- Make sure to thaw. You will want to let the cream cheese soften and the Cool Whip thaw before preparing the dip.
- Use powdered sugar. Make sure to use powdered sugar, not granulated sugar.
- Drain the pineapple. Be sure to drain the crushed pineapple so that it doesn't make your dip watery.
