Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 7 ounce marshmallow creme or fluff
  • 1 8 ounce thawed, whipped topping
  • 1 20 ounce crushed pineapple, drained
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
  • Next, mix in the marshmallow creme.
  • Using a spatula, gently fold in the Cool Whip and then the crushed pineapple.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 2-3 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to thaw. You will want to let the cream cheese soften and the Cool Whip thaw before preparing the dip.
  • Use powdered sugar. Make sure to use powdered sugar, not granulated sugar.
  • Drain the pineapple. Be sure to drain the crushed pineapple so that it doesn't make your dip watery.
