- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Add the pineapple juice, cornstarch, mustard, butter, and seasonings to a small saucepan. Whisk to combine the ingredients.
Bring the ingredients to a bubble over medium heat. Make sure to keep stirring so it doesn't burn. Once the mixture comes to a bubble, cook for about 1 minute and then turn off the heat. The glaze should have started to slightly thicken.
