Pizza Bagels Recipe

These easy pizza bagels can be made in minutes with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 mini bagels or regular bagels
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Divide bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Spoon about 2 teaspoons marinara sauce on top of each bagel half. Cover with shredded cheese and then top with mini pepperoni. 
  • Lightly sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of each bagel. 
  • Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. 
  • Optional: Garnish with parsley and serve with extra marinara. 

Notes

  • Use fresh bagels. Try not to use stale bagels for the best texture and flavor.
  • Spread the sauce in a thin layer. Don't use too much sauce or they will become soggy.
  • Line your baking sheet. I like using foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
