- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup pizza sauce (about 1/4 cup per sub)
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 small bell pepper sliced thin
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced thin
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Open the sub rolls and place them on the lined baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce on each half of the roll. Top each half with shredded cheese.
Add toppings, pepperoni, peppers, and onion on one side of each sub roll. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 4-5 minutes or until cheese melts. Place the top half of sub roll on the bottom roll to make a sandwich.
