- 1 red bell pepper sliced in strips
- 1 green bell pepper sliced in strips
- 1 onion sliced into strips
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line baking sheet with foil. Toss vegetables with oil and seasonings.
Spread vegetables in single layer on baking sheet.
Cook for 25-30 minutes.
