Ingredients

20 oz bag
frozen vegetables

tablespoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place frozen vegetables in a bowl. Pour olive oil, Italian seasonings, and garlic powder over vegetables. Toss to coat.
Spread vegetables out on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables start to crisp. ***See notes.
