Salami Pizza Recipe
Salami pizza is a delicious and easy pizza to make at home. Topped with salami and red onions, this is a great pizza combination.

- 1 pizza dough
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 4-5 slices salami, cut in half
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Sprinkle a little cornmeal on pizza pan or pizza stone.
Roll out pizza dough and place on pizza pan or pizza stone.
Spread pizza sauce over dough leaving room on the edges for a crust.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with salami slices, red onions, Italian seasonings and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust starts to turn golden.
- Note that the amount of ingredients you use might vary depending on the size of pizza you are making.
- If you prefer a thin crust, be sure to roll out the crust really thin before adding the toppings.
- This could also be made into a deep dish by baking it in a cast iron skillet or deep casserole dish.
- Want some heat? Try sprinkling with crushed red pepper flakes.
