- 4-6 pork chops 1/2-inch or 1-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together seasonings of choice. For this recipe, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place chops in the baking dish.
Pour olive oil over tops of the pork chops and then top with seasoning mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 18-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the chop. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer to make sure it reaches 145 degrees. If using 1/2-inch pork chop, check the temperature after 12 minutes of cooking.
Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
