    Ingredients

    • 4-6 pork chops 1/2-inch or 1-inch thick
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together seasonings of choice. For this recipe, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place chops in the baking dish.
    • Pour olive oil over tops of the pork chops and then top with seasoning mixture.
    • Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 18-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the chop. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer to make sure it reaches 145 degrees. If using 1/2-inch pork chop, check the temperature after 12 minutes of cooking.
    • Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
