- 2 pounds carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Clean and peel the carrots with a vegetable peeler.
Cut the top and bottom off of the carrots. Cut the carrots into half and then cut the half again to make carrot sticks.
Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread the carrots out on the foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Top with the carrots with the seasonings.
Bake for 30 minutes or until roasted.
