- 3-4 pounds chuck roast
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Pour onion soup mix over the meat. Pour in beef broth and then half of the BBQ sauce.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
Remove the meat from the slow cooker. Shred with a fork. Drain off liquid from the slow cooker. Place the shredded beef back in slow cooker and mix with the remaining BBQ sauce.
