Slow cooker pineapple pork is a delicious flavorful meal. Made with black pepper marinated pork tenderloin and a slightly sweet pineapple sauce.

  • 1 slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 Black pepper pork tenderloin I used Smithfield - Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce

Instructions

  • Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar over the pork.
  • Pour the can of pineapple tidbits over the pork. Pour in the soy sauce.
  • Cover and cook for 4 hours.
  • Once the pork has cooked, use two forks to shred the pork in the slow cooker. Serve warm.
