- 1 Black pepper pork tenderloin I used Smithfield - Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper Pork Tenderloin
- 1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the brown sugar over the pork.
Pour the can of pineapple tidbits over the pork. Pour in the soy sauce.
Cover and cook for 4 hours.
Once the pork has cooked, use two forks to shred the pork in the slow cooker. Serve warm.
