S'mores Bark Recipe
S'mores bark is a fun, easy treat made with graham crackers, melted marshmallows, and melted chocolate.

- 16-17 graham crackers
- 1 12 ounce bag of marshmallows
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 10 ounce bag chocolate melts
- sprinkles optional
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer to cover the prepared baking sheet.
Pour the marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl. Pour melted butter over the marshmallows. Microwave the marshmallows in 30 second intervals until melted.
Spread the melted marshmallows over the graham crackers.
In a separate microwave safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate in 30 second intervals until melted.
Spread the chocolate over the marshmallows.
If using sprinkles, top immediately after spreading the chocolate.
Let the bark set for about 30 minutes, or until chocolate is set, before cutting.
- Line the baking sheet. Make sure to line your baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy clean up.
- Don't over heat the marshmallows and chocolate. Be sure to heat the marshmallows and chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. You don't want to burn them.
- Spray your spatula. The melted marshmallows can be sticky so try spraying your spatula with non-stick cooking spray to help spread the marshmallows.
