S'mores Bark Recipe

S'mores bark is a fun, easy treat made with graham crackers, melted marshmallows, and melted chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 16-17 graham crackers
  • 1 12 ounce bag of marshmallows
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 10 ounce bag chocolate melts
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer to cover the prepared baking sheet.
  • Pour the marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl. Pour melted butter over the marshmallows. Microwave the marshmallows in 30 second intervals until melted.
  • Spread the melted marshmallows over the graham crackers.
  • In a separate microwave safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate in 30 second intervals until melted.
  • Spread the chocolate over the marshmallows.
  • If using sprinkles, top immediately after spreading the chocolate.
  • Let the bark set for about 30 minutes, or until chocolate is set, before cutting.

Notes

  • Line the baking sheet. Make sure to line your baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy clean up.
  • Don't over heat the marshmallows and chocolate. Be sure to heat the marshmallows and chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. You don't want to burn them.
  • Spray your spatula. The melted marshmallows can be sticky so try spraying your spatula with non-stick cooking spray to help spread the marshmallows.
