- 1 16 ounce rotini pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 15 ounce tomato sauce
- 1 ounce taco seasonings
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to directions.
Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Break up the beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess grease. Stir in green pepper and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the tomato sauce and taco seasonings.
Drain the water off the cooked pasta. Return the pasta to the pot. Pour in the ground beef mixture, sour cream, cheese, and green onions.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and bake another 5 minutes or until melted.
