- 14 ounces turkey kielbasa sliced
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 yellow squash sliced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Add the vegetables and kielbasa to a bowl. Pour on olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
