Turkey Roll Ups
These easy turkey roll ups are fast and simple to make. Deli turkey is paired with a flavorful cream cheese spread. Turkey pinwheels are great for an appetizer or light meal.

- 3-4 burrito sized tortillas
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 8 leaves of lettuce
- 8 slices deli turkey
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
Mix together softened cream cheese, green onions, and sun-dried tomatoes. Place a tortilla on a cutting board and spread out a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the tortilla. Make sure to spread it out to the edge of the tortilla.
Place lettuce down the center of the tortilla. Next lay slices of turkey on top of the lettuce and then cheese slices on top of the turkey.
Roll the tortilla lengthwise into a tight roll.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, like Saran Wrap. Place in the refrigerator until ready to slice and serve. Slice off the ends and then cut into equal pieces.
- Make ahead: You can make these pinwheels the night before serving them.
- Store: Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will last up to 3 days.
- Servings: This makes about 12 roll ups but you can double or triple the recipe for a larger crowd.
