- 1 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ cups vidalia onions, diced about 1 large onion
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spay a 8 x 8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Using a mixer, mix until creamy.
Mix in mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the shredded cheese and diced onions into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the dip into the prepared baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve the dip warm.
