Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
Lemon Pepper Butter Sauce
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- juice from half of a lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Make sure to get them very dry. Pour cornstarch, lemon pepper, paprika and salt into a bowl or ziploc bag. Add in chicken wings. Toss the wings until they are completely coated.
Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer for 2-3 minutes. Mist air fryer basket with olive oil. Place wings in the basket and then spray tops of wings with more olive oil.
Air fry at 390 degrees F for 8 minutes. Flip wings over and cook for another 10 minutes.
Brush lemon butter sauce over the wings once they have finished cooking.
Oven
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray the wings with olive oil.
Bake for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
